ANNA PIKULSKA urodziła się w 1985 roku w Opolu. W 2009 r. ukończyła
z wyrożnieniem Akademię Muzyczną

im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Katowicach w klasie organow prof. Juliana Gembalskiego. W lutym 2012 roku ukończyła z najwyższym wyrożnieniem studia podyplomowe w klasie organow prof. Gerharda Gnanna w Akademii Muzycznej przy Uniwersytecie

im. Johannesa Gutenberga w Moguncji

w Niemczech (Hochschule fur Musik, Johannes-Gutenberg-Universitat Mainz) uzyskując tytuł organisty koncertującego.

Została wyrożniona w licznych Przesłuchaniach Regionalnych i Ogolnopolskich Uczniow Klas Fortepianu. Jest laureatką I miejsca na Konkursie Polskiej Muzyki Organowej XX wieku w Legnicy (1999) oraz na Ogolnopolskich Przesłuchaniach Uczniow Klas Organow Szkoł Muzycznych II st. w Częstochowie (2002).

Jest także laureatką wielu konkursow interpretacji muzyki organowej, między innymi: II nagrody na Międzynarodowym Konkursie Organowym w Brnie, gdzie otrzymała nagrodę specjalną za najlepsze wykonanie obowiązkowego utworu kompozytora czeskiego (2007), III nagrody w I Akademickim Konkursie Organowym „Romuald Sroczyński in Memoriam" w Poznaniu (2008), nagrody specjalnej na VII Międzynarodowym Konkursie Muzyki Organowej im. J. P. Sweelincka w Gdańsku za najlepsze wykonanie utworu patrona konkursu (2009). Jest także finalistką Międzynarodowego Konkursu Organowego w Mainz (2010).

Ostatnio została połfinalistką renomowanego Międzynarodowego Konkursu Organowego ARD w Monachium (wrzesień 2011) i laureatką III. miejsca (I. nagroda nie została przyznana) 19. Międzynarodowego Konkursu Organowego o Nagrodę Bachowską w Wiesbaden (styczeń 2012).

Brała rownież udział w licznych mistrzowskich kursach interpretacji muzyki organowej i klawesynowej prowadzonych pod kierunkiem m. in. takich profesorow jak: Christoph Bossert, Pieter van Dijk, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Bernhard Haas, Leszek Kędracki, Olivier Latry, Christoph Mantoux, Tomasz Adam Nowak, Jacques van Oortmerssen, Jean-Luc Perrot, Sylvain Pluyaut, Gunther Rost, Luca Skandali, Marek Toporowski.

Anna Pikulska jest trzykrotną stypendystką Ministra Kultury RP, a także Funduszu Pomocy Młodym Talentom Jolanty i Aleksandra Kwaśniewskich, Prezesa Rady Ministrow oraz Uniwersytetu Johannesa Gutenberga w Moguncji.

W październiku 2011 otrzymała Nagrodę dla szczegolne uzdolnionych artystek Uniwersytetu Johannesa Gutenberga w Moguncji powiązaną z objęciem na rok stanowiska docentki w katedrze Organow w Hochschule fur Musik (Johannes- Gutenberg-Universitat Mainz) w Niemczech.

ANNA PIKULSKA, born in 1985 in Opole. Studied at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice having attended the prof. Julian Gembalski organ class. Till Februar 2012 she has been a student of Concert examination in organ repertuar in prof. Gerhard Gnann class at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. She graduated both of studies with distinction.

Anna Pikulska has been distinguished in numerous local and national competitions for the piano and organ students. She was awarded the first prizes at the XX Century Polish Organ Music Competition in 1999 in Legnica and National Auditions for Second Degree Organ Students in Częstochowa in 2002. During the International Organ Competition in Brno in 2007 she was awarded a second prize and received a Prize for the best performance of obligatory organ composition of a Czech compositor. The third prize was given to her after performance at the First Academic Organ Competition Romuald Sroczyński in Memoriam in Poznań in 2008.

The J. P. Sweelinck VII International Organ Music Competition held in Gdańsk in 2009 was her another success as she received the special prize for the best performance of an organ work composed by the patron of the contest. In 2010 she was a finalist of the International Organ Competition in Mainz and in September 2011 a semifinalist at the prestigious the International Organ Competition ARD in Munchen. And recently in January 2012 at the International Bach Competition in Wiesbaden Anna Pikulska was awarded the 3rd Prize.

Not only as a soloist but also as a chamber music ensemble member Anna Pikulska was giving concerts in many german and polish Cathedrals, among the others in Kurhaus Wiesbaden, Unserer Lieben Frau Munster Freiburg, Dom in Fulda, Dom in Mainz, Erloserkirche in Bad Homburg.

In between years Anna Pikulska has regularly participated in numerous master classes of interpretations of organ and harpsichord music in classes of professors Christoph Bossert, Pieter van Dijk, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Bernhard Haas, Leszek Kędracki, Olivier Latry, Christophe Mantoux, Tomasz Adam Nowak, Jacques van Oortmerssen, Jean Luc Perrot, Sylvain Pluyaut, Gunther Rost, Luca Skandali, Marek Toporowski.

She has received prestigious scholarships from the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Poland, as well as the Fund for Young Talents of Jolanta and Aleksander Kwaśniewski, the Prime Minister Scholarschip and also The Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz Scholarship.

Since october 2011 Anna Pikulska has been an assistent in the organ Department at the Hochschule fur Musik Mainz after winning the prize of: Prize for Young outstanding female scientist and artists within the promotion of woman at the JGU Mainz (Preis fur besonders qualifizierte Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen und -kunstlerinnen im Rahmen des Anreizsystems zur Frauenforderung der JGU Mainz), which was given to her by Johannes Gutenberg Universitat Mainz. Currently, as a part of this work, she leads a research on thema: "Organs in Johann Sebastian Bach area". This research gives her an unique opportunity to visit organ centers so important for development of organ history as for example Organ in Altenburg, Arnstadt, Erfurt, Großengottern, Naumburg, Waltershausen and gives the possibility to play those magnificient instruments.
